Watch out for a little yellow engine symbol on the instrument panel.

I was so pleased to hear this morning that all 3 injured on Sunday have now left hospital without severe injuries.
Get well soon lads, I hope aren't too sore after your encounter with the Seat.
-
They are a bit pricey !
What's the current hourly/daily rate for a cleaning lady ?
-
Have you got one, any good ?
Been looking at the Roomba 780
-
Added down-force ?
You mean you've been pigging out at Greggs again ? That explains the lowered suspension.

Diesel ? Do you recommend the REVO Stage 1 remap ?
I'm thinking about it.
-
Oh no I'm one of the oldest gits here ! Though I'm often told I act like a 4 year old.
The vRS must have been my mid-life crisis.

Is the Mono thing regional ? I see you are in Blandford, maybe the Royal Signals Base is the cause !
In the midlands I can receive loads of stations in stereo, a lot I wouldn't call main stream at all, but unique to DAB. Spoilt for choice really !
Just a few mono stations or test channels.
I think DAB is over priced and over rated in many aspects
-
Hi Nick,
Sorry to hear about your problems, sounds like a lemon to me.
Hope you get a replacement/refund ASAP.
I was after a DAB radio some time ago, I was really annoyed how expensive they were, especially if you wanted 2 speakers. (Why have 1 speaker/mono if you are paying for a DAB chip-set ?)
In the end I got a set from Tesco's own brand, reduced, work a treat but the display is tiny.
(Maybe your foil hat is interfering with reception ?)

Cheers, it can run overnight.
I can't believe I was running 32 bit all this time without noticing !
-
Just realised that I am running 32 bit W7 on my quad-core desktop.
The W7 package came with 2 CD's, one is 32 bit and the other is 64 bit.
Can I re-install/upgrade to 64 bit and re-register with the same security key on the packaging ?
(I realise I will have to back up all my data)

Nice camera (even though I am a Nikon fan-boy),
I presume you got the cashback deal as seen on TV ?
-
Are these supposed to be white all the time, or should I reset the tyre pressure gauge ?
Just asking because when the bonnet etc is open it shows as white on the maxidot display, ie warning.
-
Not quite, it' all there in the Maxidot phone menus & sub-menus.
Press the phone button on the steering wheel and dig down the phone menus.
Here you can add a 2nd bluetooth device, the media player.

Do you have a maxidot display ?
Have you paired up phone as well as Music player (forget exact phrase) devices ?
You should get 2 icons on the maxidot to show phone & mplayer connected.
Then in Bolero, media mode, BT Audio should come out of greyed and a little while and you can select it.
Although in Mono, my HTC One X works as a media player in A2DP mode, and even Google Maps Nav voice comes out over BT, phone handset is silent,
-
Yes, but the sound may come out MONO on the drivers side only, if your "D" unit is an upgrade from an older "B" unit with older factory fitted wiring harness.
If your new "D" unit came with a wiring harness and you fitted it, you should get STEREO A2DP

When I stop aquiring more equipment I'll have a look at the range from Lowepro.
They have a product selector

Yep, if it ain't broke, don't fix it !
My HTC 1X has calmed down a bit, but there are definately bugs that interact between various wireless and network mode settings.

Thanks for the link, there seems to some activity on the f/w upgrade and WiFi problems.
Will look into it.

HTC One X with Orange/T-Mobile
This has been working sweetly since I got it about a month ago.
HTC firmware update last night and then the WiFi won't switch on, no icon either.
Any way to roll back firmware ?
