Check your manual, there may be certain conditions that your stop/start works in..
Complete guess, but it could require a certain amount of conditions to be met before it works..

Engine management light can be mapped out if you've fitted a high flow sports cat.
I wont go blowing our own trumpet, but we're an option

I'll run it around for you if you want, keep it running

That does look like wheel slip..
Torque doesn't really peak and give's a lazy curve..
I cant confirm it, but it's definitely an option..
Kev
-
Perfect for dogging... haha
Kev
-
The low torque figure could be related to wheel slip, what method of strapping down was used?
Could explain the use of 5th gear to try and reduce the torque transmitted to the wheels.
Also, was that a wheel or flywheel output figure?

SORN vehicles do not require insurance. Taxed cars do..
Before you could have a vehicle that was taxed, and perhaps sat on your drive without insurance, but now if it's taxed it needs to be insured..

We already offer 10% on supplied prices or free fitting if they're fitted here.
I suppose i could offer 10% and free delivery if you asked nicely

Here's when it ran on our rollers in 2009..
-
However I have two questions:
1) Is the engine running a completely standard camshaft?
2) Have the standard injectors been modified in any way?
The camshaft is completely standard.
The standard injectors are as they left the factory. No modifications.
There's no point modifying a part and not charging the customer for it, if we'd changed or modified something it'd be on their invoice.
The only "addition" to the fuel system is the water/meth kit. On diesel only runs we usually see 250-260bhp, this was our fuelling limit and the addition of water/methanol usually shows up to a 10bhp gain.

We're not a far drive up the M11 > A14...

We could certainly put one on the rollers and see what we could squeeze out of it.. Usually it's not just a de-tuned map though, effectively the only way to de-tune it would be to retard the ignition angle and i doubt VAG would do that.

Fabdavrav raises a valid point, one which many people seem to overlook. We're talking about 2 completely different set-ups here, which in effect offers 2 very different efficiency engines.
See here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Volumetric_efficiency
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Engine_efficiency
For example, injecting 70mg/stroke of diesel in one engine with a certain setup isn't guaranteed to create the same power as an engine with a completely different setup. Just because the fuel quantity injected is the same doesn't mean the power will be.
These kind of topics seem to be going around in roundabouts and coming back to the same conclusion, at least now, a brand new, proven rolling road has produced the figures we have been claiming..
Kev

We offer this as an option, but the vehicle doesn't have to use it constantly.
Kev
-
Leave Ben out of it lol.
Unfortunately after careful consideration we have no plans to release any data on our kits concerning SOI, duration etc.
A point to consider also is that the turbocharger, manifold, inter cooler and intake system is completely different to Friggerpants and therefore un-comparable.

It's the DIN correction, based on air temperature and atmospheric pressure, you can see this by looking at your printout..
Kev
Edit: ^ Ha, beat me to it

For reference, this is how it read on our rollers in 2009...
*Flywheel power
Tried to scale it similarly to Shark's axis, our roller software isn't good at outputting to a file though so doesn't contain the same kind of detail as the BAPro file.
*Not as far out as everybody thinks.. Our rollers showed 261bhp and 538nm 2 years ago, 10-11-2009 to be precise.

Hi Luke.
They're 2 piece, but not vented 300mm.
We have a set on the shelf, it includes the grooved bells with rotors and carrier adaptors to space the caliper out.
I can offer the kit out for £460 delivered.
Thanks
Kevin
