  1. I have the latest price list effective from 4th January 2011.Edition UK 01/11.All Yeti prices have increased. Some other spec changes are Gear change recommendation (1.2tsi,1.8tsi and 2.0TDI manuals only) Protective film on edge of rear doors all models.
  2. Thanks for the quick replies. The light assist is standard on the Elegance. I am tempted with the park assist though as suggested by Mcdemon.I had a Citroen C4 Picasso with park assist-never used it,you drove along as per Skoda system ,when it found the space you had to manually try to reverse into the space...no way!. I don't know as yet when delivery will be.According to one dealer some diesels have a 6/7 month wait for delivery.
  3. After months of pondering over buying a Yeti, took the plunge today and paid the deposit on a 1.2 dsg. I had heard that Skoda were raising prices as well as the vat increase.I phoned one local dealer to obtain a price without part exchange and was quoted £200/£300 off list price if signing up today as I was also saving £800 on the new list price. I had also been following drive- the- deal pricing and had seen their price drop from £2200 a few months ago to £1900 yesterday to £1800 today(old prices).I then phoned another dealer who said, what has he got to do get my business, I gave him the DTD price.About 15 mins later he phoned back and matched DTD price. When to the dealers later today to sign. My spec, 1.2 dsg Elegance in cappucino with gobi sand. heated windscreen temp spare wheel tyre pressure monitor I have still time add some extras at old price so suggestions welcome.
  4. Collected a new brochure today with the new price increase from 4th jan.One price increase that stood out was silver roof rails up from £105 to £150,whats special about silver rails anyway?. You can view the new prices on Drive the deal website if interested.
  5. My car vauxhall insignia elite (which I don't like) and why I'm looking on here daily considering the yeti. I have the electric drivers seat which is standard, certainly wouldn't pay £500 as an extra, but I would think if someone had back problems then it maybe the cost is justified for the range of adjustment provided. The mirrors I can fold both manually in the car or by the remote locking but unfortunately all the windows start to openwhen using the remote!. Previous car to that was a Citroen C4 picasso which mirrors did fold in when locking so when walking away if the mirrors were folded in the car was locked.
  6. 've had a dab radio in my lorry at work for I would think around 5 years and wouldn't want to be without now.The first radio was a Goodman's with ribbon screen aerial, absolute rubbish reception.I then bought a JVC with a roof mount and that has been great.I listen to BBC 5live,BBC radio 7,the arrow, planet rock among others. In some areas where reception is weak it will where possible change to FM then back to dab. Dab radio should be standard in all new cars or at least be on the options list.

  8. I had a quote today from one of the internet brokers,Yeti elegance 1.2 dsg £16895 no added extras as yet(approx 20 weeks delivery). They state "we can confirm that the above price would be guaranteed upon placing an order, and would not be affected by the VAT increase due in January". Does this mean the quoted price would stand to Feb/March next year.
