  1. Mine's the opposite, it likes to roll back from Auto Hold and so I have to give it extra revs from stationary.
  2. Just to close this off the connection did indeed restore itself when the car was restarted after 3 weeks parked up at the airport. As soon as I started it and the screen came on the icon turned white. Once I was home I checked the app and that is back to normal, although there is no trip data for the time the car was offline. I guess there is no cache on board and if the car can't update the server in a timely manner that data is gone.
  3. Thanks for the ideas, I'm out of the country right now and the car is parked up at the airport for a couple of weeks. Maybe a deep sleep will help it out? The car had been all over the place and should have had a good signal most of the time. I'll try Skoda Support once I'm back with the car, if it's not sorted itself out with a nap.
  4. You don't know which fuse do you by any chance? I've just tried 19 (online services) and 30 (Infotainment) for no improvement. I suspect I'll need to find a day to get it in to the dealer.
  5. Hi All, first post in a long, long time. I got a new Superb IV in early August and all was great for exactly one month. Since then the symbol in the top right of the infotainment showing the globe and a pin has had a grey globe, even if I use my phone as a hotspot and set the car to connect to that. My app has not updated since and things like traffic on the sat nav have not worked. I called into my local dealer, but once they confirmed the infotainment is set to use the eSIM and is not in privacy mode they lost interest and said the car would need to be booked in. If I tell you I've done over 3,000 miles in the 5 weeks I've had you'll perhaps understand how little time I have to be without it for a day. I also had a problem with a big smear on the widescreen, which they said needed new wipers (after 5 weeks and 3,000 miles!), but again they'd need it for a day to fit them! The car is leased so a quick trip to Kwik Fit got me the new wipers, once they had convinced the leasing company that a month old car needed them.
