I have measured the switches today and contacted another company, fingers crossed it will be good news.........

If i was to do it, it would definately be white (i like blue allot but it) should be left for the VW

I have now owned my Vrs for just over a month, due to good weather and a day off gave it its first proper thorough wash and in the process noticed that some paint on the rear calipers has chipped off, what paint would be the best match (i will offcource do all four but would like to stick with the original colour.

If as you say you used to have Pioneer speakers, in my personal opinion pioneer speakers and headunits have much brighter sound that the likes of alpine, i personally own a set of pioneer components which are hopefully going to find their way into the furby soon, and to be honest everyone i know has been very impressed with the sound quality and they come very close quality wise to my friends Focals.
I say get a refund and get some pioneers....................

£35 to get the image done is a decent price, how much would the price actual sticker be, I would happily pay £10 or so for say 10 stickers (in reality hard to say really what would be a fair price) I am definitely in as I want these badly lol , in my personal opinion would be good if they were printed on Matt'ish surface to match the other switches when applied!
P.s I have emailed the Us company on sun and still had no relply.......

The company that sells these had still not got back to me on sizing questions an weather they can produce different sizes for the Furby if needs be, so if anyone can find a company that can make them would be great, I'm sure that there would be quite a few people on here that would be interested in these !!!

As above, I get a strong burning smell from the exhaust pipe on a startup when the car was sitting for a while ex: in the morning or after work.
Just noticed it beginning of the last week and seem to happen every time, i normally start the car and then go to put my back in the boot before and after work so noticed it and it worries me alittle

I have just emailed the company asking dimensions and weather they can make them in a different size if they dont fit. I have also mentioned that there are several other people interested which might help the matter........

They are the ones I saw mate, but I think they will be too small for the furby switches as they are designed for smaller golf ones

I saw this on VW Vortex a while ago and after some research i have found that there is only 1 company in US that makes these specifically for a Golf VI, so was wandering if there was someone who could make or knows someone who can make similar stickers for Furby's blank switches

I am debating weather to keep the standard Headunit and CD changer as i do quite like the stock look, or to install my pioneer P80Mp that came out of my old car, or get a touch screen double din unit.
So just want to see Pics of what you have installed and what it looks like.

Only had my Vrs 1 week, as it came with 17" spiders it needs lowering.
The car is my daily driver and i have to go over allot of speedbumps where i live and near work, threfore need to know how low i can go before deciding on a setup.
I'm gutted as my old Astra was lowered and used to slightly catch the CAT on very large speedbumps and multystoreys, i was going to and forgot to measure cat-ground clearance which would have given me an actual reading to go by.

With regards to mods, the plans are: cupra splitter, remap and possibly to lower it (not sure as going from a lowered mk4 astra I now realise i do like the comfort of standard suspension) and offcource little bits like flatblades, led bulbs, may be black vinyl roof, all the mods will be subtle as I'm not a big fan of cars that clearly look modified much prefer it to look standard to normal people and only to be noticed by other Fabia vrs owners.

Hi!
Been looking arrund for a few weeks, registred a few days ago so thought i'll say hello.
Just put a deposit down and awaiting to collect once the usual dealler prep has been done, its a 2006/55 Fabia Vrs in silver that i bought from Vindis Skoda in Cambridge.
Owned a number of Vauxhalls over the years and been a member of Vectra Owners Club and Astra Owners Club, but need a diesel now due to 60mile round trip to work, was looking arround for 3months now but could not see anything i really liked, was going to go for a Astra Sri CDTi 150 as the tuning potential for more power was a big factor and Cdti is a very tunable and good engine, but in the end decided to go for something unusual and different being a Fabia, unlike many cars theese days you do not see many Vrs's on the roads.
Cant wait too pick it up.......................pictures will follow in due cource!

Hello everyone!
I have recently joined as i am looking to get a Fabia I Vrs, test drove 1 and really enjoyed it ( was looking for a small diesel with a bit of poke and potential for more power, and vrs seems perfect)
I am looking at 2005/2006 cars with 40 - 60K, is there anything specific / known faults i should be aware of and look out for.
Also when i do get one, what sort of price on everage i should be looking to pay for a remap and what power gains could i expect from otherwise standard engine, how do these engines cope with maps i.e. clutch etc.
Will be very thankfull for any usefull info.
