Which fuse should be taken out? Is it the10A beside relay 645? Between the 7.5 and 30A fuses.

Since a recent holiday I have been unable to reconnect to Intelligent. I had deleted the app as it was cutting off the charge after about 6 minutes. Returning home I can no longer connect to Intelligent. I have been told it is a known problem with VAG group cars. I now set my Enyaq to charge itself during the cheaper hours. I have a Sync 7kw charger. Has anybody found a way to connect? I was pointed to the Octopus website, see attached....January!!!!

My Enyaq 80 was at the dealer for 5 weeks having a service, M.O.T. and software update. The update kept failing and I too required a new screen!!!! Is this common?

Just taken delivery of my dealer's demo "hero" model, it came fully loaded. Is it possible for the car to remember the acc/limiter and mode preferences? Mine keeps reverting to acc and normal.

I have a 2016 Superb L&K estate. I would like to have a running coolbox in the boot and I bought a Dometic Coolpower M50U voltage monitor to save the battery being run down, however I find that it kicks in after approximately 30 seconds after stopping the engine, even after a long run. The dongle flashes showing that there is still current. It is meant to cut off at 11.6 volts. Stop/start works, so I think that the battery is fine. Can someone help please? The coolbox runs when plugged directly into the socket.

Hi, I hope that you can help me. The Columbus unit in my 2016 L&K Superb won't update from the Skoda portal. High 12 P187 EU 2020. I've tried both SD slots, new SD cards all to no avail. Best regards and stay safe, Colin in Scotland
