hi i can get hold of a decent second hand swing radio...could this be a straight swap in my fabia for the dance radio, it comes with the code. also is the code for the radios on the back of the radio on the sticker. cheers mark

ive ordered a head cleaner for my cd player in my fabia as it keeps coming up with cd error,it wont play the discs, now if this does not work i will buy a 2nd hand unit, my question really is will a 2nd hand unit be ok and will i have to enter a radio code to make it work, ive looked on you tube how to do this, but has anybody else had this issue before....the swing radio in my other fabia has never caused me any problems at all. thanks in advance...mark

hello again guys, i have just bought a 1.4 tdi its a great car for what it cost me, however the only problem i dont seem to be able to get to the bottom off is that when i put the car into reverse i get a constant beeb from the rear parking sensors, i have checked they all work as i can hear them all ticking, i have cleaned them with wd40 but only from the outside. the distance lines appear ok on my display to say how close i am to an object, so its the audible sound i am having issues with. has anybody else come across this with the rear parking sensors many thanks in advance...mark

so many opinions ..but what is the correct oil to put in the 1.4 TDI ? im not convinced where i bought it from has used the correct oil to be honest

i put my foot down in her today the pick up and speed was quite impressive i must say

i took it out for a serious test drive today through the rev ranges.....im very impressed..she performed just as good if not better than my petrol in every respect and to be honest my fishing kit fits in it lovely

i have just bought a 2009 1.4 TDI i also have the 1.2 petrol the wife will use the petrol for town driving the diesel i will use for longer journeys for fishing...but my question is...will it still be ok for town driving as long as i give it a blast every now and again. from what im reading on this thread the 1.4 diesel seems almost bomb proof...i dont want speed i want a work horse to carry my fishing kit, but i must say when i put my foot down..she flys just as good as my petrol engine...so up to now im happy but time will tell 🙂

hi all i currently have a 1.2 htp fabia 2011 plate...its been a great car and im keeping it. Im now looking to buy another fabia also, most of the ones i am looking at are up to a 13 plate with a tsi engine, are these engines ok as i have read on here they suffer with turbo problems, or is this just a few that have had this problem. thanks in advance Mark

by the way whats that button for underneath i pressed it nothing happened is it a reset button ?

hi guys anybody had this issue when i press my 0.0 button on my clock it does not scroll through the mpg,miles left in tank etc..so when i press it it is stuck on one thing and does not scroll through the other options...any help appreciated all the best mark.
