Hi Guys, Just need A few answers please if you can, If these questions have already been asked and aswered sorry for asking them again,Im abit of a novice to Briskoda, Heres my Car if you havent already seen it on here, Firstly Brakes, I need new Pads&Disks allround as my others are on the way out, Im not to bothered about having grooved/drilled disks etc , Just a good set of OEM disks and some decent pads like EBC/Mintex etc any ideas,opinions on these,what are others using? and maybe some links to some decent price ones please. Secondly on Brakes , I need to refurb my OEM calipers allround as the paint is looking abit worn now and peeling in places, can anyone tell me where to source the green paint from and the method of re-painting them, is it just a simple touch up ?? Thirdly Has anyone on here Struggled with removing there OEM Aerial, Im really struggling here I know it sounds daft, but Im Unscrewing it all the way and getting knowhere its like its stuck, it doesnt seem cross threaded and ive had the pliers on them, Any Help?? Thanks guys any help would be appreaciated ta, !

The spare wheel I have is a full size steel wheel with a continental contact sport tyre on!!! FTW, thinking of getting The same Steel wheels as the spare for the winter months to replace the OEM alloys , and it came only with one key atm but the previous owner who only lives 10 miles up the road is still trying to source the spare key as he misplaced it whilst moving house.

I pay Just under 1300 fully comp, thats with 2 years NCB and ive got 3 points aswell, hopefully when I renew next june I can pay maybe under a 1k maybe 900pounds fingerscrossed!

Finally bought myself a FabiaVrs after over a year of looking for one, after my first car which was a 53 Seat Ibiza petrol I wanted to treat myself after landing a good job and wanted someting with some whoomphhhh!and was affordable for my insurance as im only 19 so a Fabia Vrs it was after being in a friends I was hooked!!!!, I wanted one that was low miles! Unabused by a Barry! Clean&Tidy and looked after! and had some Factory Options as I want to keep this car for about 3 years until I manage to get myself a company car at Work.... So Heres My Spec. *Bought at 45,000 miles from a garage with warranty and had a full service before sale. *Full service history and log book. *2 owners within the same family. *Unabused with great paintwork and bodywork, just few stone chips etc. *Factory Fitted Xenons&Washers. *Factory Fitted Cruise Control. *ESP&ASR. *Orignal Vrs Floor mats. *TOYO Proxes all round. (Getting 2 new Fronts) *Aero Wipers all round brought to upgrade the standard wipers. *Sony Headunit. *Had the Car mopped&machine polished to remove any swirls and light scuffs etc came up great after. *Unfortunatly the Turbo went pop :( a few weeks back but had a brand new VW PD130 unit replaced on the warranty then had another service after fitting of the Turbo all and all saved me alot of £££££££ as I dint have to pay a penny FTW! In the future maybe looking at coilovers to improve handling and stance of the car,And if I can get my hands on some the SE factory Fitted Leather Seats will be put in! But at the moment im so so impressed with the cars build quality! Its performance! Fuel ecomony I average 50mpg but have got 63mpg on motorway runs! and the car overall is top notch!!!
