  1. Hi all, Removed these from my 2018 Vrs 245. There is some kerb marking on them hence the price. Also 4 Pirelli PZero tyres are fitted. About 5mm tread on 3 and one is much better as it's nearly new. Also nearly new Kopaček vrs centre caps are fitted. Located in the Netherlands. Looking for 650 euro. For the UK buyers. I will be driving to the Goodwood festival of speed next weekend so if you're buying and want to avoid shipping costs I can bring them with me.
  2. A little picture after a wash, decontamination and auto finesse Desire wax.
  3. They are actually both great maps. Power delivery is excellent and with decent tyres (Michelin PS4s) the front end stays pretty much in check. The upside of the Racingline map is that if you pay for it now you can go to stage 2 and 3 for no extra cost. Just the hardware cost. Obviously the S3 was a different animal with the Quattro but I have the VAQ diff in mine as it's the 245 version so it does help a little bit. I've also turned it up to the extra traction mode as well through OBD 11. Must get some more pics of the car as it sits on Racingline R360 wheels and I'll be lowering it too soon. Probably on ST springs as they seem to get a good rating from the Octavia guys in Europe.
  4. I don't actually. I ordered it from Kopaček. They'll probably quote the part number though
  5. Badges are from Kopacek (Superskoda). Not cheap but well worth the cash for them
  6. Yep done it! Really noticeable. As I was struggling for traction on winter tyres and a Racingline stage 1 map. Text version for the menu if anyone is looking is as follows: Lock Electronics 32> Adaptation> Acoustic Measure, Wiring Logic> Increased Traction
  7. Hi All, Does anyone know how to activate the increased traction mode on the VRS245 VAQ differential. I have OBD eleven and was hoping I could do it through that?
  8. So a little update. Had the windows tinted all round with a ceramic nano film by Langeveld Automotive in Nijmegen. Absolutely fantastic job and well worth the cash. Also got a Racingline stage 1 map and DSG map done by Coordsport. Really transforms the car. Next up is a bit of sound deadening in the boot, lowering and new wheels.
  9. Yeah I couldn't believe that Skoda made it an optional extra on the car. Not too bad to fit it though just some trim to be pulled off and it pops in nicely
  10. Just make sure you use some IPA to degrease the area before sticking on new ones
  11. A mate of mine used to do car valeting. He cut a 500ml coke bottle top off and taped a small length of hose to where you drink from so it could fit over the hoover. Seemed to do the trick for him.
  12. Hi all, Thought I'd start a little thread as I change bits and pieces on the car. Bought this 2018 model with 28,500km on the clock. Came from a Revo stage 1 S3 so I'll be looking at boosting power pretty soon as well. Have had it 2 weeks and have the following done so far: New Emblems front and rear Black vrs badge( front off new one to be glued on) Revo full carbon intake including hose and turbo intake New vrs centre caps Footrest to match pedals Rear vrs rubber boot mat Next up windows tinting. Also car needs a full decon and ceramic coating but need the weather to be right for 2 days to get it done as I've no garage in NL
  13. There's a race blue octavia on superskoda's website with them on http://www.kopacek.com/images/Plasty/o3-znk-int-f5w2.jpg
  14. I had the standard emblems on the car. Only had it 2 days and changed them over as it just ruins them
  15. I just put the black emblems with coloured background on my grey vRS and it a million times better
