My previous Kamiq connected fine to my Samsung A54 but latest Kamiq 2023 refused to connect wirelessly. OTA update to Kamiq system on 7th March 2024 and all is fine now. Wireless connection is fast and working without issue

Well Android Auto has never worked wirelessly with my Samsung A54. Strangely it worked fine in my previous Kamiq but not in the current one. (New July 2023) Yesterday afternoon the system announced it had a system update. "Park the car, do not drive for 20 mins and exit vehicle". This morning switched on and Android Auto connected straight away. Looks like Skoda finally fixed the issue. Taken a while though.

Well I live in Scotland and often drive were there is snow and ice. All season tyres e.g .Mich cross climate cover these conditions. Nov to April summer tyres don't. They also are better in low temperature (<8°) even without snow/ice. We don't get as much snow as we used to but low temperatures are common.

If I was changing all 4 tyres then Cross climate 2 would be a no brainer. I have a set of winters so hard to justify otherwise. Don't understand why all season tyres are not a factory option on the Kamiq.

A few punctures in the last couple of weeks, nails etc. Wondering what the best tyres are for the 18" rims? Just thinking that one or two tyres may need replacing. Currently on the ones fitted by the factory, Goodyear. Any suggestions and advice welcome👍

No help for you but my Samsung A54 will not connect wirelessly. Dealer hasn't a clue. Says it's not on the Skoda compatibility list. https://compatibilitylist.skoda-auto.com/ However it worked fine with my previous Kamiq.

Looking for some help. My Samsung A54 refuses to connect wirelessly to android auto. It's fine if connection is via cable. New Kamiq, 6 weeks old. My previous Kamiq worked fine with the A54. Dealer is telling me my phone is not on the Skoda compatibility list, but I tell them it was fine on previous Kamiq. Anyone use a Samsung A54 with Android Auto? Does it connect ok? Thanks.

Traded my 2020 Kamiq SEL 1.5 DSG for a 2023 Kamiq Executive 1.5 DSG. Had car for 5 days and wireless Android Auto will not connect. Fine if plugged in via Type C port but not wireless. Previous Kamiq was fine with Wireless Android Auto and connected automatically. Phone is Samsung A54. Searched Google for solutions and tried various suggestions but it just will not connect Screen shows it's attempting to connect and sees my phone but fails. Phone shows Android Auto available and tells me to follow instructions on car's screen. Pulling my hair out ! Any help appreciated.

Hi Picked up new Kamiq yesterday. I am the main user so it's my name that shows as primary user on screen at startup. The option to change to guest is available too but on the last Kamiq I had myself as primary, guest and also my wife. Cannot remember how I did that in the "USERS" screen so wondering if anyone knows how to add a second named user along with guest. Dealer was no help and said it cannot be done even though it was possible in my 2020 Kamiq. Any help is great.

My SEL 1.5 DSG in race blue is being traded in for a SEL Exec 1.5 DSG on Wednesday. It's been reliable and quick but got a reasonable offer so it's basically the same car just a different colour. Only factory option added is a heated steering wheel and the paint Only gripe I have is that Skoda fits crap brake disks that need replacing much to soon. Just hope this one is as reliable 🤞

Thanks for the replies. I do have spare batteries but they were not in the car. Yes I know there is a key on the fob but once in car there is no ignition to put key in. It's a push the button start on my SEL. So question remains, is it possible to start the engine when fob battery dead?
