Kamiq 2023 not connecting to Galaxy S23 Android Auto

Hey, i got a new Kamiq with Bolero but it doesn't connect to S23 for some reason says connection failed... it works fine with S21 5G... my bolero software information:

software: MEN3_EI_SK370_P2345L  MU_SW: 1790 any update to this or i have to wait?

No help for you but my Samsung A54 will not connect wirelessly. Dealer hasn't a clue. Says it's not on the Skoda compatibility list.

However it worked fine with my previous Kamiq.

also i would like to use Android Auto wirelessly but not sure if it's possible with the bolero...

I have an S23 and it works fine with the Amundsen system

Hi, also I have problems and can't connect even with cable but I don't know the multimedia software type...

Samsung Galaxy S23 and wife's Xiaomi 13.

I understand that there is a Skoda problem, I was with the car in the agent and they said that can't help me and have to wait for an update.

let's hope that Skoda will release the software via OTA...

There is no OTA for this issue. i went to authorised service and they did manual upgrade from 1790 to 1800 version.

My previous Kamiq connected fine to my Samsung A54 but latest Kamiq 2023 refused to connect wirelessly.

OTA update to Kamiq system on 7th March 2024 and all is fine now.

Wireless connection is fast and working without issue
