This set up was removed at Shark Performance on Bens advice she just has a custom remap which works fine for me

I have remove this from my Octy vRS it is in full working order and all pipes and wiring loom plus full english instructions are present
These are top quality units and retail up to £400 as is used I am open to offers but looking for around £160 posted or can be picked up local in the Sheffield area.Some info below and a web link also
DUAL SBC Spec R
The Spec R features a dual solenoid that diverts pressure away from the turbo actuator to achieve higher boost. This dual solenoid is linked to a smart control unit installed inside the car, which allows you to control the boost pressure.
The control unit also displays live boost pressure.
The Spec R unit has four user programmable boost settings.
Scramble and gain settings are programmeable.
There is a boost warning mode, which can be pre set to visually and audibly alert the driver to an overboost situation.
The unit can also be programmed to reduce the solenoid duty cycle in an overboost situation.
It is suitable for both internal and external wastegate applications.
The Spec R can control up to 2.5 bar of boost, and is supplied with wiring and English instructions.

Hi Everyone
Just had Sky broadband and Skytalk added to my package and have signed up to the anytime plus, problem is my computer is upstairs and the Skybox is in the lounge. I have found that you need a router box which Sky sell for £60 is there a cheaper alternative which will do the same job

speednut why only 320 bhp from the gt2871??? didnt you want anymore or is there other reasons?? i thought this turbo is good for over 350bhp
I have got to go back down to Shark for some more tweaking but have not had the chance yet she is running a bit rich at the moment and Ben wanted me to put a few miles under her belt to let everything settle down

Might be worth seeing if you can source a 6 speed?
Could not agree more 6 speed tdi box is the way to go 300bhp and over on the 5 speed box is boarderline for torque

Sad days :no: don't do it, yours is unique and the looks on other drivers faces as you surprize them is priceless. I am 52 next and have had high powered cars an Evo 6 to name but one, but yours and mine are sleepers and that gives me the greatest satisfaction that 99% of drivers think your driving a standard 180bhp vRS.
This is my third high powered octy and each time I have changed motors either for more luxery power or econemy I have been drawn back to the Octy so I say think very long and hard before you commit and if you do decide to sell somebody will be getting the best specced Octy in the UK.

Picked her up last night she was still on the rollers at 830pm, Ben making sure she was running 100% got to appreciate the attention to detail Ben and his guys give would not hesitate to recommend them.
She made 320bhp and over 400nm of torque on the Bapro Rolling Road will post up the graphs when I get a minute. Running fantastic but will bite your head off if you let her
. I am over the moon with the results and it was well worth waiting for.Once again cheers to everyone down at Shark will not be letting anybody else having a spanner on her.
