How have you checked?

Well they can at the moment, as the only people able to check SLI info are the dealers.

I've asked the same, will let you know.

My concern is these orders are now in a black hole, not maliciously, but because there wasn't capacity when they should have been built. Dealers continue to check and get "No build week allocated" from the database, because that's where they're at. But no-one at Skoda has actually realised that these orders are stuck and dealers don't actually have a means of communicating that to them.

Definitely sounds like my position! My order is in a lost folder on someone's desktop, while all the new orders are being built...

How do you know?

So you're telling me Skoda won't now give customers build updates direct, instead telling you to ask the dealer, so the dealer can get your car delivered and sell it at a big profit instead of marginal/a loss and tell you they're still waiting for it? #tinfoilhat

I was told all existing orders would be built as facelifts.

How much is pretty well discounted? Similar spec to mine though, maybe they're building mine right now and the dealer just hasn't checked........? 🤣

I know someone said in this thread that the factory can't see how you're paying or what you're paying - but the more time goes on and the more evidence I see I think you're exactly right and that commenter was mistaken.

Just seen someone on Facebook who ordered last month and their car is already built. Might actually pop over to the factory and murder someone.

Seems to vary wildly, some wait less than 3 months whereas some unlucky sods (like me) have already been waiting over 10 with no news.
