  1. The 1.2 TSi 110 CYVB engine has been used throughout the VAG group of vehicles with total success for a couple of years now although it has only just come out in the Yeti . I have one and am very pleased, it's not the best when it comes to MPG, but I get 43.5 overall and I've not done a run over 20 miles yet.
  2. That's when you do the brake test :peek: :peek:
  3. In the old days when we used to MOT test cars with a brake meter on the floor for brakes and steering, we would straddle the white line so we have both pos & neg camber acting together. The throttle was held steady and if the car goes straight it indicated no defects, if the car pulled either way it confirmed a defect, I still do this today as an on road test for non alignment.
  4. This is the spec on my 2016 MY17 Monte Carlo. It does have uprated suspension & under floor protection. August 1st onward dropped black roof & LED rear lamps. 5. I was advised on the Ross-Tech VCDS forum that its OK to disconnect the battery on the Yeti, but after re-connection some of the warning lamps that usually go out before driving away may remain on for a minute or to until the ECU resets. This may be totally dependent on year as some have reported no changes.
  6. By the sound of it I got the last of the MC versions with everything on it when I bought late July. I was warned by the dealer that a lot of the OEM equipment was going over to optional extras from August 1st, at first I thought it was just a sales ploy to get me to purchase, but seems not.
  7. Black roof was an option from August so I bought mine in July
  8. Mine is fitted with Pirelli Cinturato P7, I found these better than the Continentals I had on my Greenline.
  9. Sorry I cannot help with an answer Freedom, but are you a member of the Ross-Tech forum ?, I think you would get an answer there.
  10. It's only a fault code reader, you cannot change options as you would with a VCDS.
  11. I am a registered VCDS user of the Ross-Tech forum, they've been trying to sort it out, but to no avail.
  12. OK, I did a factory reset on the Bolero, and guess what ! It didn't work, so it looks as though there must be something different on an MY17 Yeti. I have the patience of a fisherman, so I will persist until I crack it.
  13. By infotainment do you mean the Bolero, I tried the maxidot MFD reset already.
  14. I have tried 4 and that didn't work either so I set them back to 3. I have been through other VCDS routes but the only way to the "Comfort turn signals" is via the way I set out in my first post.
