  1. A few from today's visit to Yorkshire Sculpture Park Yorkshire Sculpture ParkHome | Yorkshire Sculpture ParkArt Outdoors
  2. Arrived at just the right time to catch the sunset this evening.............
  3. An awesome sight (& sound)! 20250810_160642~3.mp4
  4. A few from this afternoon at Coningsby...... Not sure of the significance of the ice creams on the side of the Lancaster (I'd never noticed them before despite many previous visits!) 🤔
  5. Last night's full Moon............
  6. Lovely Moon earlier.............
  7. Just checked the My Skoda App and see the Paid Services section of the Profile area gives the dates various services expire. On my former 2023 car these services expired after one year (I renewed remote access when they offered a significant discount). On the 2025 car I appear to have 3 years care connect and infotainment online, although only 1 year Traffication.
  8. Tonight's sunset 😎
  9. I suspect this individual has little regard for driver safety aids 🤔 VID-20250716-WA0022~5.mp4 Clearly not without ability on a bike though!
  10. Last night's sunset.........
  11. The storage box on top of the Dashboard. Has been a feature since Yeti days. Was present on my 2023 SE L but deleted on the 2025 Sportline Edition 😬
  12. Guessing it's a manual? This characteristic was a big part of the reason for me switching to an Auto. Frustrating when you try a 2017 1.4 TSi manual (in a friend's Octavia) and find it a much better drive😬 Lots on this subject here:
  13. Spotted a couple of lovebirds this evening ❤️
  14. You can certainly turn off all the driver aids in the 2025 car but they come right back on again at the next restart
  15. This caught me out a few times too although I then realised it reports the last known status of the car until the app has connected (car reports online) and updates the cars current status
  16. Can only imagine he was extremely careful!
  17. Hi and welcome to Briskoda. Having just switched from a manual 1.5 TSi SE L (which was pre-speed alert) to a new DSG 1.5 TSi Sportline I'm certainly with you on the tedious speed alert bongs 😬 My Carista is unable to even pair with the car, so for the time being at least I guess switching them off permanently is not an option😕 When I remember I use the steering wheel button to access both the speed alert and lane keeping menu and disable them. I've covered 2000 miles now with my first DSG and find it reasonably smooth, although a little 'clumsy' compared with a torque converter and not that responsive when first setting off.
  18. Dropped a mate off to collect a car and spotted this on permanent display in the showroom⚡
  19. Always had a soft spot for these although not too sure about the colour 🤔
  20. Last night's sunset 😎
  21. Hope you get it sorted 🤞 Bizzarely mine continues to work - mileage in the App is within a few miles of that reported on the digital certificate. I guess data might be populated from different sources as the digital certificate indicated 1815 miles, whereas the mileage in both 'car details' and 'service' areas of the App indicates 1837 miles🤷
  22. Tonight's sunset................
  23. My thought is modern cars in general are increasingly frustrating. Certainly have. The system in my latest Karoq is reasonably accurate, although seems limited in its ability to alter car settings - it can't control the HVAC system whereas this was possible in a Lexus GS300 I owned many years ago! In most scenarios I typically bypass the Skoda system (using the mic button on the steering wheel) and ask Google.
  24. Just downloaded a certificate for mine and see the Mileage is pretty much up-to-date 🤷
  25. Not that I recall - I must check the Dashcam footage👍 Nonetheless it came as a surprise the car would Autonomously switch to a target speed of 100 MPH on a UK Motorway.
