Unable to Download Digital Certificate in MySkoda
Hope you get it sorted 🤞 Frustrating when these things don't work as intended.

Unable to Download Digital Certificate in MySkoda
Just tried and see it's working for my car. Also noticed I have a leather gear lever! On the last Karoq the digital certificate told me I had 18" alloy wheels and 17" tyres 🤣

New car time!
I had wondered the same but I'm certain it said 100 MPH on the lower display (along with 100 in the red circle). Also.........

New car time!
Seems bizzare to think a car sold in the UK could autonomously set a target speed in excess of the speed limit 🤔

New car time!
I was driving along the M56 today with all driver aids engaged. ACC was engaged at an indicated 74 MPH (GPS 70 MPH) and the 70 MPH speed limit sign was displayed on the dashboard. The speed limit displayed on the dashboard suddenly switched to 100 MPH and the car accelerated in an attempt to reach the ton! I immediately cancelled ACC, but 100 MPH continued to be displayed as the current speed limit for several miles. I hadn't come across this before and wondered if the car had 'misread' something on the motorway?

New car time!
That'll be the difference I suspect👍 I recall reading there was a marginal difference in tyres between the 2WD and 4WD. I looked at an Enyaq the other day and thought the 235/50/19 tyres looked like they'd give a forgiving ride, based on the amount of sidewall. Similarly my old Jaguar is made primarily for comfort and has 235/50/18's

New car time!
Many thanks 👍 Think I'm just suffering with a (hopefully short-lived) case of buyer remorse, as in reality the car cost a relatively modest (+5%) amount more than the SE L it replaced and has a number of benefits, not least the excellent headlights, panoramic roof, electric tailgate, DSG and the option to switch DCC to comfort. If the ride continues to be an issue I'll look to switch to a more forgiving tyre /wheel combination.

225/40/19 Bridgestone Turanza T005. They offer very little protection to the wheel rim - already kerbed a rear one 😬

Somewhat ironically a recent solar installation blocks the view 🤨 Will need to scope out a new sunrise spot!

New car time!
Have to say I'm not enjoying the ride on the 19" alloys / low profile tyres. I'm tending to switch the DCC to Comfort mode most journeys, which certainly improves matters. Will definitely explore a switch to 17" wheels

New car time!
This seems to be the case over the first two fill-ups. I'm seeing an average of 40 MPG, as opposed to 44 MPG for the old manual car.

Short 128Gb USB C thumb drive query
My original solution was to use these to connect a mini USB drive to the USB C port. It lay flat and allowed the door to close, but prevented ready access to the 12V accessory socket.

Short 128Gb USB C thumb drive query
Give me a sec - I'll post a picture of my solution. Allows the door to close and leaves the other USB C port and 12V charging socket free 👍

Karoq SE L Standard ‘Equipment’
Had the same when insuring our Sportline Edition. The insurance company told me the registration number hadn't filtered through to their system. They did insure it though and gave me a sizeable (15%) and unexpected refund over the cost of covering the SE L👌

Karoq SE L Standard ‘Equipment’
Depends when your car was registered - my 2023 SE L was thankfully devoid of such driver 'aids'. The addition of DCC, Matrix LED headlights, pan roof, powered tailgate and a slightly more configurable dashboard make up for the marginal (+5%) cost of the new car though 👍

Spotted this Egret earlier - hadn't realised how massive their feet are! 20250628_200849~2.mp4

Many thanks - as the switch is one-way I'd assumed it only operated in single direction. Just tried and see it closes too👍

Karoq SE L Standard ‘Equipment’
We recently moved from a 2023 manual 1.5 TSi SE L to a 2025 DSG 1.5 TSi Sportline Edition and saw a 15% fall in insurance premium. My insurance company told me the newer car attracted a lower premium due to additional 'safety' features (presumably the driver aids?).

New car time!
Noticed on the motorway earlier when the car was running with ACC engaged at 70 MPH Google Maps (on Android Auto) was reading 66 MPH. Same with Waze on a separate phone. I hadn't noticed such a large discrepancy with the 2023 SE L🤔

New car time!
I eventually located the sticker for the tyres pressures inside the driver's side rear door
