front and rear arb's, front strut brace (lower and upper), these are the things i am doing at the moment

 

R32 front arb (23MM)

Eibach rear arb (25MM)

 

but other use 28mm rear, whiteline and neuspeed also.

 

from what i have been told this firms things up and stops the car from understeering and better cornering ability.

 

i am no expert but this is just from what i have read throught the forums.

i have a Y reg Vrs, it had standard 16's, i changed them for 17's

 

the early models had 16's and the estates i think, dont quote me on that.

 

15's sound a bit small to be honest, most mk4 platforms (Golf's and stuff) have either 16's or 17's as standard

i have a Octy vrs and i was wondering what is needed to go stage 2 and what sort of performance is expected.

 

what is the most BHP you can get from the Vrs without changing the turbo?

Yeah I replaced it with genuine MAF, what do I ask at the dealers about the coil pack?

Hi, 

 

i have a 2001 Octy Vrs, it is not firing on all cylinders, running really bad, i have changed the coilpack, MAF and spark plugs but it is still not right, its not bringing up any warning lights either which is confusing, but its not running right. 

 

anybody got any advice,

 

i need to get somebody to read my faults, but i don't know anybody locally, Devon.

 

any help would be appreciated

It's been mapped, when you do give it the beans it uses a lot of fuel but I find if you drive normally it is very good on fuel
