I have the same thing, absolute 80s shows as classic fm logo unless I change, and only works in main view

I’ll give that a go, they originally fitted a unheated screen as the replacement and the control still switched on with no errors, it looks like the right screen fitted the 2nd time but they did a very poor job fitting it so I’m thinking to wait until next service and raise my via lease company as I would rather have Skoda check it over.

Hi all, I recently had my windscreen replaced due to a cracked screen, doe to various issues with the fitter and quality of the installation I’m not convinced that he reconnected the heated windscreen, does anyone know how I check or is it one for the next service?

I think I may have popped the fuse as the washers are still not working today, and I right in saying it’s fuse 42? It’s a 2016 s3 technology

im Guessing this is a radio issue rather than car as I have deleted and it comes back again.

As a question, am i the only one who gets a Gold logo rather than the correct absolute 80s one? i have tried deleting and re-adding but it keeps returning. i downloaded and added the correct logo but it i select radio info it still shows the gold logo. is anyone else seeing this?

A niggle I have had since picking up the car is that android auto is very quiet to the point that it needs to be near full volume for any decent sound, I have found a fix of sorts which makes a huge difference. It’s as simple as switching to media or radio and enter settings, select volume and change the volume increase with speed to max, by default this is set low and changing this has made a massive difference for me.

I found this by chance too. Not sure ill ever use the limiter as acc is much better.

I found that with waze also. You can get a kind pause once you speak out a route. Hoping they patch this soon. Waze can get tunnel vision on long trips also.

I do get an annoying sound skip with my 64 gb card. It sounds like a record jumping not sure if it's the card or codec.

So I'm using waze which is awesome with one minor gripe. Has anyone managed to get the road speed and warning up as even though I have set in the options to display and it appears on my phone it doesn't show on the Amundsen?

Camera is essential in my view good choice. Heated windscreen is great also
