  1. I got it popped back in and everything seems to be working :)
  2. Sweet will see if they will give a decent offer for my old octavia
  3. I cant find a good photo showing how normal LED on the facelifted model and matrix led lights differ But is this model the matrix? Might just be the seller who dont know the difference, but I think it looks a it like matrix? https://www.bilbasen.dk/brugt/bil/skoda/superb/15-tsi-150-style-combi-dsg-5d/5883695
  4. Seems correct, today I had AC on hot air came out of the 2 leftmost ventilators, the one on the left of the steering wheel and the one on the left in the middle section
  5. I could hear a "tick pause tick pause tick" and then this little white piece fell out near my pedals, I then tried to crawl in and look up and I think it should be where I put the red circle. But I dont know what that gear turned. Anyone have a clue? Also I dont think I am agile enough to put it back in, it was pretty hard just to get down there and look up
  6. I am considering getting an Enyaq as Superbs are not really dropping in value in Denmark. But I would really like to get pACC which was rather cheap 300-400€ to aftermarket upgrade if the Superb had navigation, acc and lane assist. Is that also possible on the enyaq or is more "locked/limited"
  7. Remember I am looking at used cars, so the Passats / superb are 2018 modelyear (2017 onward) and the Arteon is 2021 modelyear, so not a fair comparison
  8. The cheapest one is petrol is 550dkk hybrid 470dkk (Cheapest Passat comfortline premium is 250dkk) so way too expensive
  9. I might go with a passat comfortline premium instead as its ~30dkk cheaper
  10. Thanks for the replies, I think we will just see if a reasonably priced one comes for sale in a few month, I hope the market is going down some more as prices still seem high since corona. I am just getting tired of throwing repair money after our Octavia MkIII 2013
  11. I cant figure out if I should go for a used 2018+ Superb or Passat, I like the look of the Superb much more. But due to sheer volume of Passats in Denmark (About 5 times as many passats for sale), they generally cost 260-275k DKK for Highline Premium (Active display and massage seat) while a Superb costs while a Superb Style with no active display (Trim under L&K in Denmark) Our oldest kid is 2 years old, so the legroom in the back is not super important as we dont plan on having this car for more than 5 years, but cargo space is important, but the difference seems very negligible
  12. Anyone tried or heard if https://www.carsound.dk/stojdampepakke-premium-2-inderskarme is worth anything to reduce tire noise? They also have a for the whole bottem of the car https://www.carsound.dk/stojdampepakke-premium-bund, but I presume its much much cheaper to get only the wheel part installed as they have to remove much fewer parts. I am not up for installing it myself.
  13. How can you tell its A5 ? Is it the camera having triangle shape?
  14. Year thats what I thought :( probably going to get a Passat then, its just so much more available than Superb here in Denmark with lane assist
  15. I want to upgrade my Octavia and are looking at a Superb and Passat (There are many more Passats available in Denmark on the used market meaning better specs at better prices) I want predictive ACC and trafic jam assist to have very easy highway cruising. But I do not want expensive upgrades when I buy the car, so would like to know what I can look for in a Superb, in order mostly just to update the acc sensor to a newer model or using software codes. For example I know I need navigation and ACC should probably be there from the start. But Is digital cockpit required for pACC? If a superb dont have Lane assist or trafic sign recognition, will the windscreen need to be replaced / removed to install some new hardware to get pACC? One model I am looking at is https://www.bilbasen.dk/brugt/bil/skoda/superb/14-tsi-150-style-combi-dsg-5d/5075020 which do not have lane assist, but have high beam assist and ACC In Denmark Style is the model just below L&K, but Style do not have ACC neither lane assist as standard, so it makes it a lot harder to find in Denmark as cars are super expensive with our 150% tax on cars and equipment
  16. Okay, I just tried driving a Superb Combi on 17" helios and found it pretty droning noise in the cabin compared to my 2013 MK III Octavia hatchback. But I changed my tires to 16" steel with Vector 4 Seasons 2. gen and think I have heard that the stock pirelli tires on Superb are noisy, so maybe just changing tires does a lot and also it being combi instead of hatchback
  17. That sounds nice, but very expensive :/ especially here in Denmark But the boot only and trunk hood sounded pretty doable
  18. Anyone tried both passat and superb? Wondering if road noise is very different, I would presume Passat is a lot better, but is possible to get close with some cheap and easy upgrades (I dont have any car skills) with sound dampning?
  19. So you dont think getting other tires will make a big difference?
  20. Nice video and year that is a big difference! I would get them replaced with Crossclimate+, but would just love to hear someone who have tried to change them if it made a big difference, also on rough roads as I still find it wierd if my octavia is more silent
  21. I was out driving a 2018 Superb Combi 1.4 Style Business model with 17" Pirelli Cinturato tires and I was surpriced that it felt quite a bit more noisy in the cabin than my old 2013 Octavia with 16" steel Goodyear Vector 4 Seasons G2. I know there is a difference between 16" and 17" but I would also guess the superb was much better noise insulated? Is it more noisy because of the tires, the being bigger and having more air or it being a combi (The cover in the back was not open while driving)
  22. Is the idea that they are going the tesla route and you can order it on newer models after purchase?
