Oh dear?

My uncle has just got a 2010 Facelift ST 225 2.5 , we've had numerous races, his just having an air filter and mine have just an induction, with him having more torque, more bph as standard and being lighter, it is what ud expect, but not by much. Just when I hit the 130-140mph he seems to start pulling away, not sure if that's mine running out of puff because of the limited which his is 155mph , Maybe with my downpipe might be a even closer race, but he's had encounters with a golf R and Bug eye impreza, and both not perfoemced as well as mine did, the impreza was nakered and clouded as soon as hit drop it, the golf R followed up to 120mph and the ST started pullingg away, I no it's all about the driver but good God it's Torquey!

It's only the two rear big "Screws" of some sorts that are broken, rest are in tact. So hopefully goes back on ok

Ended up ripping it off, I no not good idea in ways to take it off, but any reason I should put it back on? As it's a pain to work on the car if any underneath needs changing ect, and I always drop tools in there[emoji16] [emoji16] [emoji16] ?

Didn't bother clearing coz was going to check all wireing, but on way to garage thought I'd check, gone,hasn't been up since.

Must be a sensor as its very temperamental , it's not on the ECU log faults now, ok check the sensors on the carbon canister

No EML light either, could they have knocked something of unplugged something?

This fault code after the MOT, it passed emisions,wasn't on before , never has came on. Source of the problem? Any ideas to solve ?

Passed real low emmisions !

Quick late question before my MOT at 11am haha, will am induction kit on my tfsi vRs effect emissions? Forgot to take it off and put airbox on???

Anyone got this exhaust for TFSI?, video of a Facelift tsi on YouTube shows the exhaust popping and burbbling like a good'un, and wondered if anyone else has had it like this, sounds one of the best if found

I have a 3" rolled out backbox , that I vantage remember the brand of, that would look cool on the Octavia so cost isn't the thing, just fancied something different, and maybe get the milltek non res centre section with my 3" dowbpipe and connect it all

Do you reckon I'd loose power with putting a backbox onto the car? 2.0 tfsi, there will also be a 3" decat downpipe on to standard centre section

Seems when making them pop back the 1.8 20V lads have been bending rods, so a lot of stress on engine , but anyone TFSi tried them, and managed not to blow it up?

Had the climate clicking and still do occasionally, when the cars been off ect, but I have a very irritating rattle,not a clicking, from the drivers side dash maybe going into the centre near the CD player ect, only makes the noise on idle, soon as I put revs on it stops, can be very loud sometimes, but sometimes just anoyly there, ??

My PSI gauge is at a constant vaccum 23ish on idle, and iv had like max 9psi out of the Octavia TFSI vRs, Question one what's the PSI at full chat the octy is meant to put out. Question two what do I put in terms of sea level value if I'm located in Scarborough North Yorkshire , choosing between -14.7 , 0 ,14.7 one of the three?
