I too like the finished result so shot out and brought some mesh.Bright ally so need to paint it first,not a problem.What is a problem however,is, how did you get the blasted silver cover off.I really have tried but cant get it to shift in any way,not without risking damage anyhow.Only had the motor for three months and already got a fairly unpleasent dent to the rad so look's like a bumper off jobby and take it apart from the inside.Any advice or hint on removal would be very much appreciated before bumper removal.

I know this has been covered before and i know i'm not stupid (although after this that might be questioned)I want to remove the lower silver panel to add protection behind it as down here (Spain) large debris from lorry wheels is common and it look's quite vulnerable.Anyway,i can see that it unclip's and it's dead easy to get too but i cant get it started and am worrying about damageing paintwork if i get too enthusiastic.Any tip's would be very much appreciated or am i just being a bit of a girl.

Hi all.Just joined your rank's as am now ( for the last six week's or so) the very proud owner of a Yeti.Six week's and 7500 klms I really am falling for this motor.Love him I do.Dead economical and to date not a single niggle to complain about,long may it be so.Also like to say what a great forum this is,very informative.
