Yep, it's been out longer. I never thought I would get one, but its been far better than father in laws ps3. I've yet to hit a glitch, his was plugged in from new and nothing happened. Not the only one this has happened to either I understand.

Well apart from the high failure rate, it's far too noisy!

You can list one person thats had a faulty PS3 I can list far more that have had faulty eggboxes... we could carry on llisting the pros and cons but I think this will sum my thoughts up nicely... I wouldn't buy an eggbox if it was the only console available.

Back on topic, It didn't take me long at all to get used to the handling of the cars in Grid and found it lots more entertaining that the likes of GT5 Prologue. :thumbup:

got Grid this week , not overwhelmed, as has been said , handling a bit odd , no feel for how much braking you're doing also seems odd :(

Finally got the PC demo working, and while the visuals are stunning there's no 'feeling' in the handling, even with a G25, just feels a bit shallow compared to rFactor.

lots more entertaining that the likes of GT5 Prologue. :thumbup:

thats because GT5 sucks balls, not a patch on forza 2(apart from graphically, but to be fair its far newer )

but feel free to throw money at a PS3 all you like whilst others enjoy their 360's

i bought TomVRS's PS3 off him months ago and have hardly used it, i even went out and bought one of them super dooper shooty fighty games that everyone loves and only played it a couple times.

and the 360 is cheaper because microsoft aren't robbing you so badly and thats all

have to agree here,apart from the noise,my ps3 just gathers dust just like my wii
