Octavia II controller coding help

Featured Replies

Hello there! First time posting here.

I just received my brand new VRS Estate 2.0 TFSI in race blue. I ordered it with factory fitted Columbus, Maxidot, rear parking sensors, 18" Zenith alloys, sunset privacy glass, cd changer in the boot and light assist. In Finland we have Zenons, rear power windows, cruise control, dual-zone air conditioning with jumbo box, rain sensor screen wipers with dimming rear mirror and heated front seats as standard in VRS.

Thanks to VRStu I managed to disable this very annoying seatbelt chime. Now I need help how to deactivate this auto function that wipes rear window when I go to reverse gear if my front screen wipers are on. I really need step-by-step guidance with Vag-Com (Ross-Tech) how to do it. The other Vag-Com help I need (also step-by-step) is how to increase the rear parking sensors beeping noise. Now it's very quiet.

Your best bet is to load up the controller and have a look at the options open to you.

Failing that post up a full autoscan of your car and I'll take a look.

Hey and thanks. The problem is that it's not my laptop or Vag-Com and the guy who has these tools needs specific instructions how to disable this auto function that wipes rear window when front screen wipers are on and I put reverse gear. So we need as simple instructions as you have in your webpage (Octavia-vrs.com) for disabling seatbelt chime. And the other instructions we need is how to adjust rear parking sensors beeping volume.

I know what you want but to be able to help you I need to know the controllers that are fitted to your car and their current coding - so as I said before post a full Autoscan of the car and I will try to help.
