SatNav: NavMan iCN 630

Featured Replies

I'd be very interested to here of anyones experiences with or comments on the NavMan iCN 630 - http://www.navman-mobile.com/product_details.php?id=AA005301

I've used their SmartST V2 software on a GPS enable Pocket PC and been very impressed.

I need the ablity for the SatNav to be easily moved between vehicles - hence my exploration of this route...

Ta for link to review...

As for cost - my compnay has a trade account with the main distributors so I can get one at cost - but obviously can't return it if I don't like it!

That's a good deal then :D

You thought about TomTom 3 on an Ipaq ? You can bolt addon's to it for speed camera support plus the IPAQ that you run it one backs up as a good portable MP3 player.

The Pocket PC route is just a bit too messy for me - I'm looking for everything in one small package. The portrait style of the Pocket-PC means it takes up more space on the dash than the landscape of the iCN 630.

No interested in MP3 playback, and I've got a Pocket PC they is sync'd to the office system for contacts, diary etc.

But thanks for replying....
