fabia door mirros

Hi, my mirros and windows are playing up,

firstly the passanger window will not work using the drivers door left hand window switch (though the passanger window swith on thge passanger door wiorks fine).

secondly the mirrors are not working properly, the heated bit does not work (although I can hear a 'click'), and only move (togther) ocassionaly, and when you twist the knob for the left hand mirror nothing happens. they jammed facing down, had to move them up with a bit of force (ended up damaging the drivers side, it now only moved side to side )
