rear wiper motor

Featured Replies

Finally tracked down why my rear wiper was going round on its own when i went round corners, the damn thing leaks from inside somewhere. Looks to be somewhere inside the unit itself not the tubing or connectors, Ive got my garage ordernig me a new one ~£60 to be fitted when i get my new radiator fan fitted next week. Dont suppose the old ones can be repaired? gargage said it wouldnt last long if done.

Damn wiper must be jinxed the pipes had popped off earlier in the week at the wiper connector and under the cd changer causing a small lake!

nudge

Well I stripped mine down to find a leak. I need to strip it down again though to re-lube it as it is a bit sticky. Not too bad to get out and clean up though. Won't cost you anything either.

Cheers
