Tell your "friend" to spend shedloads of money @ Allard Motor Company

The £££ spent dictates the quickness (that a word? )

At 136k I'd suggest a clear air filter, have the EGR and Intercooler (If the 90 has one) cleaned out and a new MAF.

Will be like a new car after that.

Next step a remap or Tuning box, but at 136k you may wish to be a bit conservative with how far you push it.

Hi Dave

A re-map is the most cost effective method of improving power.

MPG will also improve too. We offer members the price of £265.00 all in, with the option of before/after runs on the Dyno for £45

Ok guys, thanks for the info so far. He's just started to use the car now and is in desperate need of more 'go'.

Is it the case, that adding a 110's intercooler, will effectively make it a 110bhp version?

And to 'Performance Torque' - what kind of gain does he stand to make on a remap of the 90 bhp varient?

Thanks again

The P-Torque software will give him approx 120bhp and 195lbs/ft torque

Nitrous :)

Cheapest...

Get hands dirty pulling off manifolds and EGR and cleaning them.

Remove EGR.

New air filter and see if it's possible to get more cold air into the airbox.

Tuning box or resistor mod to increase the fueling.

If it's catted, decat the exhaust/downpipe.
