Alternator: Skoda Felicia 1.3 GLI Estate

Dear Forum Members,

Being a new member to this forum I will give a brief introduction as well as submitting my first question to the forum.

I currently drive a Felicia 1.3 GLI Estate.

In the past I have been a satisfied owner of two Estelle's.

I have a general interest in Eastern European vehicles and at one time I owned an IFA Robur LO 3001 (21 Seater Minibus) produced in the German Democratic Republic.

Now back to the question I have:

Can anyone tell me which model of alternator I need to purchase for a 1999 registered Skoda Felicia 1.3 GLI Estate?

Hi we recently bought a nearly new 2025 Skoda Enjaq 2025 85X and three weeks ago the following happened to my wife on a flat car park: I reversed into a parking space with empty spaces each side of the car. I elevated the P switch to red light position. I opened driver door and screen was on Goodbye. I got out of car and closed driver door. I opened rear right passenger door to remove a bag. Closed that door. Remembered I needed to turn off Interior Monitoring as dog was in the boot. Opened

Two months ago I bought a MY2023 Skoda Octavia with 2.0 TDI engine and 6 speed manual transmission. It now has 184000 kilometers in it. To my knowledge, DMF and clutch are still original. There is no knocking or tapping sound coming from the DMF when the engine is cold. There are also no vibrations even when driving at too low RPMs. Gears change very smooth and clutch doesn't feel worn at all. There is, however, a clunking noise if I turn the engine without pressing the clutch. Can this solely

Noticed today that my rear view camera is seeing more than it used to, that is, I can now see some of the number plate and body work top and bottom. I'm sure it used to be just a nice clear picture of the rear without anything extra? Am I mistaken, does everyone see the number plate and bodywork?

One is the reversable boot floor, carpet one side and a sort of plastic the other. Both items are in great condition too Second is a rear sun screen, it's a mesh material in a metal frame that you clip inside the hatch window, it keeps out a ton of heat and you can take it out for winter, you can't see into the car also. My 280 had tinted side windows but the rear glass was not done. Both are huge and would be prohibitively awkward to post. If you want either you WILL need to come to Swindon.
