I ordered a cable from Autonostics on 25th May - they debited my credit card instantly.

As of yesterday 14th June, no sign of it. I had emailed and contacted them through their website 4 (yes four) times asking for a status update.

This morning I got 2 emails. One a seemingly automated mail stating "order declined". The second a very short apology but no reason. It stated my card would be refunded (but it hasn't been yet).

If I get my money back I won't have lost anything except my time and frustration. And I was really looking forward to tinkering :thumbdwn:

I had read that other folks here had got cables from them - I wonder if they had issues or I'm just unlucky?

LOL - with the currency rate changes I made 20p after the refund.

Would have preferred the cable though :-(

I got my autonostics cable from ebay!

No probs with the cable itself but cant comment on the companies service.

Hope you get it sorted... but would give ebay a try!

scoobynut, your profile states a 200 HP vRS... which should (assuming its stock) be a 2.0T and that won't work with a non-CAN lead.
