Featured Replies

Just bought my first Fabia VRS and it came with one of these little gizmos...

AmD OneClick for the VAG PD Engines for Skoda Fabia 1.9 Tdi 130 Bhp vRS

Simply plug it into your car and select 'standard' or 'modified', it works well and makes hell of difference, mpg is the same but acceleration is smilesssss better:D Anyone on here got one?

Im suprised the MPG hasnt changed, mine has altered no end with my REVO...For the good!

MPG would probly be better but I can't keep my right foot off the floor.

So if I could drive it steady then MPG would be up!

heheh, what else is on your car then?

What spec and colour is it?

Used to. Ran it for about 50k. Only went through 1 clutch and 1 flywheel before I had the map customised.

Thats not too bad.

Christ!

Do you think that the AMD assisted in the knackeration of the clutch etc?! (Or how it was driven!!)

Bit of both. The generic AMD map is a little harsh on the uptake IMHO. After getting it customised it was miles better to drive and much quicker

BTW you need to be quicker with your edits... :P

True!

I read it all wrong!

HEHE:rofl:

I have one.

Been on the car since it was about 10k old (done be the previous owner)

Car has just gone over 60k and (touches wood, fingers crossed and all that) shows no sign of clutch or other wear and tear. I think it is all down to how it is driven, mine now mostly does motorway miles on the M25. On a rolling road it came out as being just shy of 170bhp and 310lbs of torque.

I am under no illusions, at some point it is going to need bits done to it, but I think the remap is worth it at the moment.
