Just picked myself a cheap Audience 6 disc HU from ebay ( out of 2005 Octy, non MP3 unit ), and wondering if this will go into my 2001 Classic Furby 1.4 MPI?

You will need to do a lot of work to get it working, including substantial dash modifications.

By the way, All audience HUs have MP3 capability. My 2005 version plays them fine, they just dont mention it.

Your furby will use ISO and the Audience CAN bus.

Much easier to get an aftermarket unit and an MP3 player or an MP3 changer.

Should have asked a few questions before I splashed the cash on the audience.......

Anyway have a symphony CD from a late model Furby to go in ( the current model from the skoda accessories catalogue ), so will make do with that. Only really want a CD upgrade, not bothered with mp3 compatability with my Zune.

Just liked the look of the audience...........
