Just brought a 1.4 16v fabia comfort for £3200 with 44000 on the clock. The only downside it does not have a/c. Its a 02 plate but good service history of a local garage would you say i payed to much.

Almost laughed in is face. Took it to a main dealer he offered me £2100 tried to sell private on eBay and piston heads no joy so i manged to get a trade in 35 miles away from where i live and that is the best price i could get.

Looks like you paid an OK price considering some places are trying to sell older cars at similar prices to that.

No sunroof which is a bit of a downside again.

But if i don't like it after a few weeks. Looks like i will not loose to much money if i trade in and get a newer one with a/c . That's what put me of really but he did give me a better offer on my trade in.
