has anyone actually done anything to their octys and casued it to break or caused something else to meet its death :orb_sad:

hmm where to start

went to change the glovebox bulb and broke the whole assembly on my octy

stabbed the fabias bodywork with a knife when i was trying to clean the coolant sensor prongs.

broke a slat in the air vent on the octy and broke another trying to remedy it

when hoovering it the nozzle of the crevice tool left a few nice marks on the interior plastic

im sure theres more but thats all i can remember now

yes, took the car for a service and was told it was using incorrect cooling fluid. Got charged £30 for it and when I got the car back, I discovered that if the engine is cold, the audible and visual water temp warning come on.

(doesn't happen when the engine is hot). Got told it was a false contact in the sensor and was quoted for it!!!

sounds like you break more than you fix... i have days like that too

er, i'm on my thrid gearbox, 2nd engine and a few other bits, had 2 K03s's, a gt2x and about to get another turbo :D
