What is happening about the VRS ? Looking to replace my 54 plate. My dealer tells me on hold again, maybe until a minor re-design in 2010 ??

He tells me rumours are there is an issue with engine gearbox fit on the new model. What the hell are they trying to fit ? Is it getting the 1.4 TSI. If there is a re-design hopefully they will change the godamn awful new front end for the VRS version !! I find it hard to live with the new nose.

Also state that models big markets are in U.K & Germany only so they may not rush.

Is this all bull or any truth in it, Thanks.

2010 is the current proposed date.
