fast runing

Hi all, been a little while since my last post.

I have a 2003 (october) fabia 1.9tdi elagance.

I like the car its great for what i need. but like so many before me, am a little disapointed with fults on the fabia range, ie leeking door powers streering sensor etc.

Mine has one more it runs fast, some times after a few short stop start trips when i start it will run flat out but settle down ok, however with in a few minutes will run at about 1100 rpm at idle and will pull through any gear with out me touching the gas.

have cleaned the air mss meter and the egr valve at different times and have driven with the amm unpluged. The proplem is still with me and my local exskoda dealer is at a loss too (not that good now that barry has gone) they have done test with the computer but no fults found.

HELP, just do not know what to do next
