wheels look great! did you get them proffessionally refininished or was it a diy job? I'm picking up my vrs on wednesday and the wheels need some tidying was thinking doing them the same colour powder coat grey as the seat ibiza

Company in edinburgh done them started by dropping the car off at 8am and had the car back at my house by 1pm.

Really good service just waiting to the weekend to take some of the soap of them to get the tyre back on.

Same here at first I thought it was strange but I think it will grow on us it's hard to see a car you have had for nearly a year on silver rims but will grow on me I think.

I'm just worried I will kerb the things. I don't want to spent £70 of my hard earnt cash on reparing the wheels. So from now on I parking a mile from the kerb just incase the nasty little kerb jumps out at me.

Just another update to the Fabia, today I took a visit to MGS in Bonnyrigg a company I'm using a lot recently (support your local trader) and got a forge adjustable strut brace fitted to the car. I've sort of been thinking of doing this and then not but I bit the bullett and ordered one a month ago.

For £100 supplied and fitted it is good value for money and only took 25 mins to fit.

Here are some of the pics, my only problem is that it it rattles on the air box filter so I fixed that when I got home with a bit of sponge.

What do you think, next to go on are the springs which I will entrust MGS to do this again.

don't know but Mike at MGS said that Skoda must have had a off day! as one of the bolts in the suspension turret was not drilled right!

Thats what I thought but my little fix has sorted it for the time being, but it looks so lovely sitting in the bay!
