Hello, Iv now had my hybrid fabia remaped....a local guy done it and cloned the ex star performance's ecu and copied it onto mine but the guy was shocked when we told him it was running at 1.8 bar boost.

Now i have it done but it hasn't been RR yet....the guy is going to pay for a RR to be done and as he say's set it up properly and make sure everything is correct as he has never done a hybrid before.

I think he could have turned it down a little though.....hopefully we are going down to some place in lancaster to get it done.

What bhp.....torque is safe to run my car at ? He says he can turn it up more when he see's it on the RR

For that car, using Star car's bits and bobs, I would imagine 230hp/350 lb/ft would be fine.

I just don't want silly things to start with it....like driveshafts.....splitting pipes etc

Biggest problem is going to be your clutch, your still running the DMF so you could run into problems

Yup, and by that, you basically got a remap. You could not clone that map again, without going through the tuner and having it written to another ecu. Pretty sure they'd want paying for that though.
