My left-right window seems to be wired in reverse. The window switch in the door works fine, but when I use the driver window this is what happens:

I press "Right window up" from driver control

Left window goes down.

Right window goes up.

I think I need to reach the window controller units. Where are they ? Are they integrated with the window mechanism (in the door) ??

Sounds like the CAN signals are getting confused, try disconnecting and reconnecting the battery. You will need to reset the one touch function after this by winding the window all the way up and holding the switch in the up position for around 3 seconds, until you hear it click.

The radio, if it is the one that the car left the factory with will code itself automatically, turn the radio on and start the engine. You will lose all your trip computer data and will have to reset the clock.
