AVS parts

Featured Replies

Needing some new discs and pads for my VRS but thinking of sticking with the standard ones as im sure their adequate even when i get it remapped.

Prices on AVS seems pretty cheap (dont think they include VAT) but want to make sure im getting right ones hehe.

Discs:

312x25mm VRS 19096 @ £22.95 each

256x22mm vented 23560 @ £14.95 each

Pads:

312x25mm VRS+Wearlnd 16334 @ £26.95 each

vehicals fitted with vented rear discs 16406 @ £18.95 each

plus 1 litre of dot 4 plus fluid.

Im guessing these are OEM parts, do we get a discount with them at all?

Thanks.

James.

Ive just got my pads from there and they are not OEM parts. Also they do not come with new bolts so will need to source some from skoda before I fit them.

Does anyone know the part number?

On a positive they are cheap and delivery was quick, I would use them again

Oh and yes they are the right disks and pads

Most parts from AVS are made by Febi/Bilstein, which are as good as OEM parts (IMHO) and a fair bit cheaper. You can get the bolts from Halfords as a 'brake pad fitting kit'.

Ive bought them from Skoda dealer now, rear brake pads come with 4 bolts and 4 clips, the front just have clips on the back, guess this is right.
