  1. I've recently had this happen on 2 occasions randomly while driving. The same issue with the window going down and after 30 seconds or so I was able to pull it up again from the drivers panel. I located that the window switch was actually stuck in a semi down position and it needed a forceful 'tug' to it's normal seated position where it can freely activate up and down. I think I had knocked it when sticking the car seat in or the kid had kicked it. Has not occurred since.
  2. This should be a good check for OP. Indicating to change lane when unsafe to change lane. Should flash multiple times in quick succession
  3. My 2020 FL has matrix led as standard and the rear lights have animation when the car unlocks and they extend into the boot portion of the car. Photo attached for reference.
  4. I found ACC worked flawlessly last summer on my trip to France, the nav told me the speed limits when I landed in calais but I changed the headlights rhd/LHD manually.
  5. If I remember correctly, there is a setting for the rear wiper to be activated when reversing. If this is ON then the rear wiper will also wipe one time for every 10 wipes of the front window when going forward. Turning off this setting solves the issue.
  6. I've been using this for my kids tablet. On the sport line seats. It's elastic and velcro so can be attached to itself "at an angle" so it's narrower at the top and fits the tapered shape of the headrest. The tablet bit the. Velcros on to that. So you could potentially get a separate seat organiser and sew velcro into it? 😊 memumi 𝟐𝟎𝟐4 𝗨𝗽𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗱 Car Headrest Holder for Tablet, Car Headrest Mount Universal Stand for 2020 iPad Pro 9.7, 10.2, 11, for iPad Air mini 2 3 4, for Huawei, for Samsung Tab, 9.7~11 inch https://amzn.eu/d/05L6dBYS
  7. Sorry to bump my own thread. I managed to steal a room thermometer to get a temperature reading. 33 degrees passenger vent with AC set to 16. 14 degrees driver vent with AC set to 16. (The humidity dropped, I took the photo very soon after turning the engine on) Ambient temperature 17.5.
  8. Morning all, Apologies for creating a post but having done some research I didn't want to hijack any of the existing ones as they are for different cars or different issues. I also wanted to ask for any advice from you knowledgeable wizards to avoid being shafted by the main stealer. I believe I have the opposite issue to this user who can't heat their drivers side. My issue: Climate blows nice cool air onto the driver, into the glove box, into the arm-rest-storage and into the rear vents. It does not blow any cool air into the passenger vents or passenger footwell. I have tried the various recalibration scenarios from the thread I've linked and the car did do some things - but did not change the output into the passenger side temperature wise. I can get all vents to blow hot. I can get all vents to blow strong or gentle. Car is a MY20 (69 reg) with dual zone climate control. I have AC activated all year round. Summary: Passenger side receives only warm/hot air while the rest of the climate system works flawlessly. Many thanks and apologies if I have missed out any obvious key information. Adam
  9. I have the same, 2019 face lift and it has only ever coasted in eco without any cruise control active.
  10. I just switched to LV and they had a tick box for both dashcam and rear parking sensors. I thought it was a bit bizarre but I ticked both and it took my premium quote up higher than what I'd been quoted from the comparison website. (Something like 550 to 570 when ticked). My payment on the website failed and I had to ring them up the next day to sort it out and they ultimately didn't honour the quote price from the day before so I hung up and shopped around. Ended up with LV anyway because all prices are wild.
  11. I had mine checked and they informed me a part needed to be ordered. They said it was safe to drive away and they would call me back in once the part has arrived. They're having the car on Thursday next week to 'fit' the part (I assume?)
  12. Hi commievid, I'm enjoying following your journey so far, so thanks for the detailed and interesting posts (with pictures for newbies like me). I like your running cost statistics, can I suggest an additional one? Time spent. Thanks, Adam 😀
  13. Checked my 2020 (69 plate) and I have a recall now, I assume for the DSG thing as none of the other superb recalls ever showed up before when searching using numberplate. Booked in for Wednesday next week to check, was told I can still drive the car it's "not likely to explode"
