Lidl Car Polisher

Featured Replies

£12.99 special buy from today. I know you get what you pay for etc, but are these any good? I quite fancy a polisher as I want to take some swirls out of my paint work, but will a cheap machine like this make things worse? or does it all depend on what pads you use?

Don't even think about it,they are totally crap as they don't have power.

Think of those as an electronic buffer to save you removing the dried product. You need some far more powerful equipment to get rid of marks unfortunately. Take a look on A world for detailers... and you will see things like Meguiars G220's being commonly used and that is the minimum you want really.

OK just seen the prices for the Meg G220. I'm probably better off getting a proper detailer to do it for me!

Wouldn't bother spending your money on that mate as it won't touch any swirls I am afraid...........:thumbdwn:

doing it by hand would mask more swirls

Totally agree with all above. They are useless :thumbdwn:

G220's seems to be the fave, i personally use a rotary
