Pretty sure that is just an upgrade for the K03 on the octy vRS (and other VAG) It could probably be made to work on a N/A fabia petrol, but that would take some serious fabricating work.

I'm also sure for the k03, to upgrade to the K04 you need more than just the turbo - quite a bit more.

This will fit Octy 1.8t not fabia and is a cheap upgrade but you will need a few more bits as mentioned

BUT i wouldn't touch this one as it looks like a cheap Chinese copy!
