Wheres the best place to source?

Depends what you want.

OEM discs you can get from GSF 312x25mm for about £33 each. on the front plus whatever you have on the rear.

OEM pads you can get from the same place.

You can also speak to your local tuner or look at getting Grooved discs or DS2500 etc.

Yeah GSF do Zimmermann (standard, front & rear) or Brembo (drilled or vented, front only) discs for the vRS. And a range of pads.

Last time I got some pads from GSF, they had the choice of EBC, Mintex or standard.

I went for Zimmermann rear discs, and a full set of Mintex Xtremes. I'll be getting some brembo grooved front discs next year when mine need changing.....

Oh yeah forgot to mention, don't go to Skoda for brakes! They completely rip you off for some tat.

Got the Brembo drilled discs and Mintex extreme pads on the front of my 03 Octy VRS from GSF for £160 all in, and I have to say they are miles better than the standard set-up. Highly recommended.

Any pics?
