has any one noticed that when you start the car you get that seat belt warning light and a noise for bout 30 seconds then it goes off!!

what i want no is if you take your seat belt of while driving is it meant to come on and tell you that you have it off cause mine dont and i can see from under my seats i have wiring going to the belt holders are they there for any reason

IIRC its just a reminder for you to put one on.

thanxs mate just wanted to no as i am havin a few electrical issues with my octy!! 2nite it wouldnt lock or the windows wouldnt shut and i found it blew a fuse but i dont no why? and my window switch that locks the rear windows now dosent work

It's just a "driver put your belt on" reminder.

On the second point, I suspect you have a problem with your driver's door wiring. Do all the windows, central locking, and anti-hijack work correctly?
