Lots of mixed messages or perhaps some reluctance to tackle the issue 'officially' within the company ? Who cares really, that's who I'm with !

If it comes to it (however unlikely) a claim is refused on the basis of a pre-advised remap, then I'm sure that we can collectively bring some pressure to bear via the insurance ombudsman or whatever the 'trading standard for insurance' is.

It's not likely to be an issue, they've paid out before ;)

LV are known of and recommended by members of other similar sites. My insurance with them will be coming up for renewal next month. I will post details if there are any significant changes.
