1din -> 2din

Featured Replies

By the looks of it they are two different lower dashboard parts. One supports a 1din radio when one is not supplied with the car, the other is a 2 din dash for when the car does have a radio. Your best bet would be to ask in the service department of your dealer. on how you can get the part of the dash you need. Either that or just get the trim piece needed from the dealer so you can fit a 1 din radio.

Any know, where i can found this part.

From service SKODA i am waitting 2 months with no results.

Hate to say, but that looks like the bottom half of the dashboard would need changing.

yes i know that, but when i can find that plastic? any site?

Sorry but you would just have carry on waiting for Skoda as they would be the only company to supply a part like that.

There is no "bottom half" of the dash on the new fabia.. It's all one part, but the centre section where the stereo is installed is a separate part. If I find the time, I will try to find the part number for the 2 DIN centre section of the dash at work tomorrow.

The partnumber for the 2-DIN centre section is 5J2 858 089 C for at RHD car and 5J1 858 089 C for a LHD car.

In addition you need the colour of the dash: M48 : silver grey

4K1 : ivory

47H : Onyx

Enjoy!
