Have searched here and google but could not find any cure to this fault code.

Work Shop Code: WSC 31480

1 Fault Found:

01317 - Control Module in Instrument Cluster (J285)

49-10 - No Communications - Intermittent

Symptoms are occasional radio mute for about 1 second before returning.
