Also were abouts do you get the sachs clutch from??????? (interent or were ever cuz ill get it fitted for me round here)

i see you can get the forge intercoolers on ebay so thats easy enough to get.. but do they really make that much of a difference cuz £700 is alot for an engine mod when you cant really see it

Also need a new turbo.... but also dont have a clue were to get one from???

is there anything else im missing as im doing abit of work to the engine at present.. ino i need to change the air filter but is there anything else i should be looking at?

It all depens what you want with the car.....if your looking for a quick car just get a remap and a clutch.....if your looking for a really quick fabia then yeah go for the hybrid turbo

but as you said the fmic/clutch/and pd160 air intake are essential then your looking at another remap

iv just done it and basicly it's just a never ending money pit :(

yeh ino its going to be expensive and im not doing it at the best time with the credit crunch an all. but im still living at home with my parents (sad but im still young lol) and dont have any other bills and i figure this is my one chance to do something like this before i have a place of my own and have no money at all. wot is the fmic and pd160? i was thinkin of goin for a k&n induction kit or something similar. im going to try the remap and clutch first and if i think it meets my needs ill leave it be and concentrate on the exterior. Brakes/coilovers etc.... does the remap improve your mpg because alot of the guys on here are getting better than me and mines totally standard

Depends on the remap, you can remap for increased performance, economy or anywhere in between. FMIC is front mounted intercooler and a PD160 is a Seat air intake pipe set. I wouldnt change the spark plugs, you would have trouble locating them! Diesels engines use compression to ingnite the fuel so dont use spark plugs. HTH
