Dynographs anyone?

Featured Replies

I just got my Revo

The question is, how does it drive compared to "standard" ? :)

As Geof says, How do it compare to standard,

Also you say thats wheel power. Do you know what it is at the flywheel?

Looking at a few Jabba dyno plots, wheel power is usually 25hp or so less than engine power for the Octavia vRS.

hi

sounds like a very long time for a run!!! 1 min????

most 20vt engines will heat soak after 30 sec

depending on cooling, was there a power difference between runs?

really need to keep inlet temps below 25 at start and lower than 35-40 at end

any more and the car will pull timing and dump fuel to cool, you could really do with a inlet temp for the runs.

hope this helps

I was also suprized about the lenght of runs. I was out of town while my car was on dyno. Anyway it seemed that exhaust after cat is very restrictive. Im planning to get a full custom exhaust with freeflowcat to get better result.

Is 4 Bar FPR worth to have? i mean after the pipejob...

EDIT: Next time i will also use vag-com to get information on runs.
