Passenger Door Mirror Indicator Stopped Working!?

Featured Replies

Hi guys, realised tonight that the passenger door mirror indicator has seized operation.

The front and rear indicators work on the passenger side, and the whole drivers side indicators work.

The l.e.d's in the mirrors haven't given up the goat have they?

Or maybe it a case of just replacing a fuse?

Any help much appreciated!

If the other indicators work, it probably isn't a problem with a fuse. Does the mirror adjustment work properly? If it does, then the problem is probably with the indicator package itself and it needs replacing.

You cannot change just the led, the whole indicator cluster needs to be replaced. It isn't very expensive though.

yes the mirror still functions, as i used it earlier on today.

May take it out and look at the cluster to see if there is any obvious reasons.

Mine stopped working after a rubber was replaced, I prised off the tweeter cover and could see the connector, the connector had come loose, a bit awkward but I got it re-connected.

tbh I'm not too sure if there was adjustment on the mirror prior to reconnecting as I didn't check, but I could have sworn that the heated mirror wasn't working.
